GYNO-PEVARYL® 50 mg pessaries is an antifungal medicine used to treat vaginal infections caused by fungi and yeasts such as Candida, including suspected co-infections with gram-positive bacterial infections.

For recurrent infections, GYNO-PEVARYL® 50 mg pessaries are inserted deep into the vagina, once daily at bedtime for 14 consecutive days.
It is best to place the pessary in the supine position.

The treatment should continue throughout the period regardless of the fact that subjective complaints (itching, white discharge) may disappear before the end of the treatment course. Women should wash their hands thoroughly before inserting the pessary.
